I caught one of the Golden Trout on one of the clifftop river near the waterfall. I also caught another one on the highest clifftop river on my island. I used nearly 200 fish baits. RARE BUGS LISTHow to Catch a TarantulaThe Tarantula is one of the rare bugs in Animal Crossing New Horizons. They appears around 7pm - 4am during Northern Hemisphere: November, December, January, February, March, April and Southern Hemisphere: May, June, July, August, September, October.
Walk around your island during these times holding your net. Do not run, so you have enough time to see the Tarantula. Tarantulas are aggressive. If you are within a close range, it will attack you. Try to catch any Tiger Beetle that you find with your net. It will keep on reappearing. As you keep on catching the Tiger Beetle you will notice that the Tiger Beetle will reappear quite often, then the Tarantula will appear. When you see the Tarantula, sneak towards the Tarantula by pressing and holding "A" button on your controller. When you see the Tarantula lift up its front legs, stop walking. When it puts its legs down, start sneaking towards it again. Do the same process, until you are close enough to catch it with you net. Good luck! |
